Post Dues:
The American Legion allows individual posts to set their dues each year based on financial needs. Post 128 makes every attempt to keep dues low for our members, but each year the national organization sets its rates and our posts rates may change each year. Current post dues are $30 annually.
Transferring to Post 128
If you are currently an American Legion member and want to transfer to Post 128, you must have a current membership card showing that you are in good standing. There is no charge to transfer to Post 128 during the year, but you should first secure approval from Post 128 to transfer by contacting our membership officer. After securing approval, you can download and follow the instructions in the American Legion Form 30-001 (Transfer Form) or the instruction provided by our membership officer. * Kansas or Nebraska Dept. Paid Life Members should check with their Department Headquarters prior to transfer.
